Then someone in the addon/UI forum told me about the Immersion addon that makes those talky head boxes and puts the quest texts big and white on black backgrounds in our screens. However, I have a vision impairment and was unable to read the black on orange quest text in either warcraft and was often in wowhead for info on where things are.
